Product Overview
Free trial service for up to 7 days. The rules are as follows:
- Find your preferred ergonomic sling or carrier from our product range.
- Choose from the available stock for trials. Full list below.
- Keep it for testing up to 7 days. The period starts with the day of delivery and ends with the day of return being posted (proof of return required).
- In the event you find it not suitable for your dyad, you can always ask for an early return in exchange for another available trial product.
- We will freeze your 7 days trial on the day of return (proof of return required).
- Once we receive the initial product, we will be sending you another one that you could keep for the remaining period of time.
- Regardless of how many products you will be testing in total, you are entitled to a maximum of 7 days trial.
- The products are offered free of charge, but you are required to cover all postage costs (delivery & return).
- All the products are being shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and the delivery cost will be added within the check-out process.
- We request the returns to be shipped using the same service, respectively Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
- We will be asking for a £50 deposit, fully refundable should the product is not damaged in any way whilst been tested.
- Should you be testing more than 1 product, we will be deducting the subsequential delivery costs from your deposit.
